  • There will be a 15 minute grace period for late clients but you must notify me if you will be late. If you arrive later then 15 minutes even with contacting me this will be counted as a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled and, you will be charged 100% of your appointment.

  • You must cancel/ reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

  • No call/no show will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. A no-call/no-show will result in no longer being able to book

  • No extra guests are allowed in the studio during a service

  • No refunds will be given for products or services, as you are paying for the artists time, money, products, etc. that are needed to provide the best quality work. If an issues arrises, within 72 hours of service, a free removal or fix may be offered. After that window, responsibility will fall onto client.

  • Lash fills are needed every 2-3 weeks. You must have at least 40% remaining lash extensions to be charged fill price. Anything less will be charged as a full set, or be adjusted as seen fit. If you are unsure, message your artists with current pictures of your lashes.

  • When scheduling a lash appointment be sure to plan accordingly for 2-3 hours in the chair. If you do not schedule adequate time, you may still be charged the full scheduled service cost.

  • You must arrive with clean lashes. No makeup residue, dead skin or oil build up, etc. or you will be charged a cleaning fee of $5 and that time will be taken from your scheduled fill time.

  • No refunds will be given for any reaction to products used, however a free removal will be offered. If an allergy does develop you will be no longer be a candidate for lash extensions. Allergies will only get worse over time.

  • Texting/ phone calls will not be tolerated during lash services. You are unable to open your eyes during the service, as there is high fumes and sharp tools near your eyes. Please silence your phone.

  • If you are feeling ill, sick, feverish, coughing etc. you will need to reschedule your appointment.

  • Foreign fills will be required to schedule a lash consult before scheduling a fill to determine if I am able to work over your previous artists work.
